Room was very clean and the room is in a very nice neighborhood and conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and short walk to center of Rome. Danilo is an excellent guide and all his recommendations are great. Also, you can tell he really cares about his guests and people in general and makes sure you're OK and wants you to enjoy the best of Rome.
